Yes, I am committed (or Commitable?)

I have said it to people a million times, you have to commit yourself to health and wellness. Yes, I know, it's my passion. I actually enjoy the sweat, the "burn", the endorphins that come after a hard workout. And it's not comfortable, not during. But at the end, WOW, you just feel SO good, and accomplished.

You have to put in the work. There are naturally skinny people out there, but they are becoming few and far between. I see everyday, at the office, at the store, people who are overweight and some obese. And they say they want to change, and lose the weight, but they are not committed to it. After all, they talk about the pizza they ate, they ruined the 'diet' at lunch, so, may as well just do whatever for the rest of the day. It doesn't have to be that way. Just because you had a bad meal, doesn't mean the next one has to be bad. You can do something better the next time, if you are committed to it.

Those who know me well, know that I have a passion for fitness. I love being around it, I just truly enjoy watching people smile when they tell me they lost 2 lbs or 20. Or inches...that's even better. When you put on your pants and have to put a belt on...YAY.

I am committed to people becoming healthier. I am committed to helping people become better.
I work for a company called Advocare that sells wellness products, weight loss and energy drinks too. Some  have told me, I don't need supplements, I get everything from my diet.
Hate to tell you ,but not true anymore.
The US has declining soil quality for growing fruits and vegetables, and the nutrients are not a good as they were even 10 yrs ago. We also process everything, pick the fruit and veggies before they are ready to that they get to the store before they have fully ripened. This takes away from the nutrition of the food we put in our bodies.

Advocare wellness line, contains Multi-vitamins at the highest quality, omegas for heart health, Axotaxanthin, anti-oxidants to prevent cancers. Every product they sell is the best on the market. As a workout fanatic, yes, fanatic, I need extra calcium, protein, B complex, to keep my immune system up. I put this in my body to keep it healthy. I still eat lots of fruits and veggies, but this is the edge.
This is why, when people see me now, compared to 6 mos ago, they go "WOW". And they do.

I am committed to it, sometimes I forget, but the minute I remember, I put the good stuff in. You have to commit your world to it, and you can't afford not to.
So if your diet is great, okay or crappy, you need to commit to change it, Do it for you. Do it for your kids, they need you to be there for a LONG time.

Peace!
Barb
